Singa Jimba has been with The PLUS Company for two years, and has made a huge impression on the clients he works with in that time. Singa works primarily in the residential department, supporting two ladies who live together in a staffed home. He says he loves his job and the growth he sees in his clients.

“Being a Direct Support Professional is challenging, but I enjoy working with the clients. My goal is to help them become integrated into the community, to empower them, and to help them become involved in activities. My clients learn a lot, but I learn from them also.” His co-workers say Singa is an incredibly hard worker who puts the clients needs before his own.
