Professional Development

Relias Academy – is the leading provider of online continuing education for health care, Senior care and Disability professionals also known as Direct Support Professional (DSP). These trainings must be completed prior to working with adults with developmental and or Intellectual disabilities.

NADSP Certification

The National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) has developed a national certification program for Direct Support Professional (DSP’s) working in community human services. The purpose of this program is to provide national recognition for the contributions and competence of DSP’s who apply for and meet the certification standards.

Apprenticeship Program

The PLUS Company’s Direct Support Professional (DSP) Apprenticeship Program allows you to start your career and your coursework as soon as you qualify.  Apprentices will be employees of The PLUS Company during the year-long program.  The program includes 4 Community College System of NH courses. Additional job-specific training will be provided by The PLUS Company
